Returns and refunds

If something is not right, we will make it right.

Return window. Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

How to start a return. Email hello@rnascend.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you return instructions.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, send a photo and your order number to hello@rnascend.com within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost. No need to ship the damaged item back unless we ask.

Digital products. Because digital decks and app access are delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once redeemed. If you have trouble accessing a digital product you paid for, contact us and we will fix it.
