This Privacy Policy explains how RN Ascend LLC ("RN Ascend," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit rnascend.com, use the RN Ascend Student App, or interact with our products and services.

Information we collect

Information you provide. Name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and payment information when you make a purchase; the email address and responses you provide when you take the Nursing Readiness Quiz or download a resource; and any information you include when you contact us.

Information collected automatically. Device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

App information. If you use the RN Ascend Student App, we collect account information and study activity (such as questions answered, decks studied, and progress data) needed to operate the app and sync your progress across devices.

How we use information

We use information to process and fulfill orders, provide and improve our products and the app, respond to your questions, send you updates and marketing you have opted into, and operate the Nursing Readiness Quiz and related career-guidance services. If you opt in to text messages, we use your phone number to send the messages you signed up for; reply STOP at any time to opt out.

How we share information

School partners. If you complete the Nursing Readiness Quiz and opt in, we share the contact and eligibility information you provide with nursing school partners so they can contact you about their programs. You choose whether to opt in.

Service providers. We share information with vendors that help us operate, including payment processors, order fulfillment and shipping providers, email and marketing platforms, and analytics providers.

Advertising and analytics partners. We work with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and TikTok to measure how our site performs and to show you more relevant ads. These partners collect information about your visit through cookies and similar technologies on our site (for example, the Meta Pixel, the Google tag, and the TikTok Pixel), and we may also send them information about your activity directly from our systems (through tools such as Meta's Conversions API and TikTok's Events API), including the pages you viewed, products you added to your cart, purchases, and hashed contact details such as your email address, so they can match that activity to an ad you may have seen. We share this information only as needed for measurement and advertising, and each partner uses it under its own privacy policy.

Depending on your state, this sharing may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under US state privacy laws. You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page, and you can manage how these partners use your off-site activity in your Meta settings, Google ad settings, and TikTok privacy settings.

Legal reasons. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where required by law.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, and opt out of texts by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Children's privacy

RN Ascend's products and services are intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
