Getting started

How do I download the app?

The RN Ascend Student App is available on [the App Store and Google Play]. Search "RN Ascend" or use the links on our app page.

Do I need an account?

Yes. An account keeps your study progress, mastery data, and unlocked sets in sync. Create one the first time you open the app.

NCLEX Mastery

What do I get with NCLEX Mastery?

Unlimited access to the adaptive question bank and Clio for the length of your tier (30, 60, or 90 days). See the app page for details.

Which tier should I choose?

Pick the tier that matches how far out your exam is: 30 days for a final push, 60 days for a steady prep window, 90 days for a comprehensive review.

Subscriptions and billing

Does my access auto-renew?

No. NCLEX Mastery access is a fixed period. When it ends, it ends, so there is nothing to cancel. You can purchase a new tier anytime.

Can I extend my access?

Yes. You can purchase a new tier at any point, before or after your current access ends.

Codes and digital sets

How do I redeem a code from my flashcards?

Open the app, go to Settings, tap Redeem Code, and enter the code from your card set insert. Full steps are on our redeem your code page.

My code is not working. What do I do?

Check for the letter O versus the number 0, then retype it. If it still fails, email hello@rnascend.com with a photo of the insert and your order number.

Account and technical

Does the app work offline?

Yes. The app is built to keep working during clinicals and anywhere your connection is unreliable. Your progress syncs when you are back online.

How do I reset my password?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen. If you are still locked out, contact us.

Something is not working. How do I report it?

Email hello@rnascend.com with your device type, what you were doing, and what happened. Details help us fix it faster.
