Shipping

We want your clinical tools in your hands before you need them on the floor. Here is how we ship.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping methods and rates. Standard shipping is $4.99 and arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Expedited options are shown at checkout.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Digital products. Digital flashcard sets and app codes are delivered electronically and do not ship physically. Codes are included with physical card sets and on the order confirmation for digital purchases.

Returns and exchanges

If something is not right, we will make it right.

Return window. Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

How to start a return. Email hello@rnascend.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send return instructions.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo and your order number within 14 days and we will replace it at no cost.

Digital products. Because digital flashcard sets and app codes are delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once redeemed. If you have a problem accessing a digital product, contact us and we will resolve it.
