Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We want your clinical tools in your hands before you need them on the floor. Here is how we ship.

Free standard shipping. Every US order ships free with standard shipping. No minimum.

Delivery time. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive 3 to 5 business days after they ship. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and want RN Ascend tools, email hello@rnascend.com and we will let you know when international shipping opens up.

Digital products. Digital flashcard decks and app access are delivered electronically and do not ship. Codes included with physical flashcard sets are inside the box; codes for digital purchases arrive in your order confirmation email.

Returns and exchanges

If something is not right, we will make it right.

Return window. Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

How to start a return. Email hello@rnascend.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you return instructions.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, send a photo and your order number to hello@rnascend.com within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost. No need to ship the damaged item back unless we ask.

Digital products. Because digital decks and app access are delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once redeemed. If you have trouble accessing a digital product you paid for, contact us and we will fix it.
