Clio is the AI study assistant inside the RN Ascend Student App. Most study tools tell you whether you were right or wrong. Clio tells you why, and then makes sure you can think through the next one on your own.

What Clio does

Explains the why. When you miss a question, Clio breaks down the clinical reasoning: what the question was really testing, why the right answer is right, and why the distractor that tempted you was wrong.

Adapts to your gaps. Clio pays attention to where you struggle and steers your study time toward the concepts you have not locked in yet.

Answers your questions. Stuck on a concept at 11 PM with no instructor to ask? Ask Clio. It explains the way a good clinical instructor would, in plain language, connected to what you already know.

Walks through clinical reasoning. Clio does not hand you facts to memorize. It models the thinking pattern: assess first, prioritize by acuity, connect the symptom to the cause to the nursing action.
