Designed by clinical instructors. Built to help you Think Like a Nurse.

Clinical reference cards, flashcards, study guides, and an app for nursing students who want to understand, not just memorize. Built by a team of nurses with over twenty years of bedside and teaching experience.

Founded by Chelsey Rodgers, BSN, RN, a pediatric clinical instructor with over 20 years of nursing experience.

The Clinical Team

Every piece of clinical content passes through a working clinical instructor.

RN Ascend was founded by Chelsey Rodgers, BSN, RN, a pediatric clinical instructor at Chandler-Gilbert Community College with over 20 years of nursing experience across pediatric and neonatal critical care, travel nursing, and clinical teaching.

She’s joined by a team of clinicians, educators, and designers who share one belief: nursing education deserves better tools, designed by people who actually do the work.

Track record

From the team that has supported hundreds of thousands of nursing students.

Before RN Ascend, our founder built a nursing education products company that sold hundreds of thousands of clinical tools to nursing students and working nurses across the country. We learned what works, what’s missing, and what nurses actually need. RN Ascend is the next chapter.
